How Do We Ship?
Your shipment will arrive via USPS. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package, if they feel it is safe, in locations such as the patio, garage, and any exterior doors. If you are not home, and it is determined unsafe to leave the package, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order.

Toy Maker reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Toy Maker is not responsible for loss or damage to items occurring after delivery by the carrier to you.
B. Exchanges & Returns
If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know.
All items must be returned in their original selling condition. You have up to 30 days after purchase to exchange or return most items unless noted in our exceptions. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. If we’re not able to track down your receipt, you still may be able to return or exchange new and unopened items without a receipt.
Clearance items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.
Please note that the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the buyer.

C. CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before product processing. If the order is canceled by that time, you will get a full refund.
If the product has already been shipped out, we will, unfortunately, be unable to cancel the order.
